Millefoglie di chantilly e fichi caramellati - Mille-feuille of caramelized figs and Chantilly

26 Zucche
ENGLISH VERSION BELOW




INGREDIENTI

3 rotoli di pasta sfoglia rettangolare
500ml di panna fresca
20g di zucchero semolato
120g di zucchero a velo
2 bustine di vanillina
10 fichi freschi
20g di burro
½ bicchierino di cognac (brandy)
30g di cioccolato a scaglie










PREPARAZIONE

Srotolate la sfoglia, trasferitela su una teglia foderata con carta da forno, bucherellatela con una forchetta e cospargetela con un po' di zucchero a velo.
Mettete in forno caldo a 220° e cuocete per 10min.
Pulite i fichi e tagliateli a pezzetti. Sciogliete il burro in una padella e cuocetevi i fichi a fiamma alta per 5 minuti. Unite lo zucchero semolato, fate caramellare per qualche istante mescolando, sfumate con il cognac e spegnete.
Montate la panna, incorporatevi 100g di zucchero a velo e la vanillina montando bene.
Disponete su uno strato di sfoglia ½ della crema, ½ fichi e ½ cioccolato.

Coprite con un altro strato di sfoglia, versate la crema, i fichi e il cioccolato rimasto.
Completate con l'ultima sfoglia, spolverizzatela con lo zucchero a velo e servite.

3 rolls of pastry rectangle
500ml fresh cream
20g caster sugar
120g icing sugar
2 packets of vanilla
10 fresh figs
20g butter
½ cup of cognac (brandy)
30g chocolate chips



PREPARATION

Unroll the dough, transfer it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, prick with a fork and sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
Place in hot oven at 220 degrees and bake for 10min.
Clean the figs and cut them into pieces. Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the figs on a high flame for 5 minutes. United granulated sugar, stirring for a while youcaramelize, blended with the cognac and turn off.
Whip the cream, stir in 100g of icing sugar and vanilla well fitting.
Arrange a layer of pastry cream ½, ½ ½ figs and chocolate.

Cover with another layer of pasta, pour the cream, figs and chocolate remained.
Complete with the latest pasta, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
